The rooms are very clean and serviced, the outdoor pool was warm with changing amenities. A lovely place to relax, and a convenient bus stop very close by.
Can’t wait to return again to be greeted by smiling faces.
Pillows were foam and therefore could have been improved. Shower had no power and went from boiling hot to freezing cold.
However, waking to the lapping of waves as needed window open was lovely and the location is great. Staff friendly and helpful when available.
Note that there seemed to be no lift to help with luggage in the part of the hotel we were staying in at least.
No Aircon for hot evenings however windows open wide.
Staff were really friendly and attentive.
Pool looked well kept and private.
The elegantly decorated room provided breathtaking views (room 15) , plush bedding, and great facilities (including “The Slip” that catered to both comfort and convenience.)
The attention to detail, from the immaculate cleanliness to the personalized touches, truly set this hotel apart.

I found out the day of travel that my ferry had been cancelled.
I was very distraught as I was due to read at the funeral & couldn’t get there .
I contacted the hotel owner directly & explained the unusual situation.
However despite asking for a refund or credit for another trip, she refused & showed no empathy at all.
Extremely disappointed hence low score
