Undercliff Guest House

Mixed feelings . Location very quiet and nice views but there is a large run down closed hotel next door . Accommodation nice but didn't feel completely welcome with the children and I have quiet well behaved ones , seemed overally concerned that we may damage something (didn't) . Was self catering so don't know about food . The oven didn't function properly and toilet seats kept falling off had to screw them back on several times , quite dangerous really but dare not mention it in case we got blame and a bill through post , so they remained broken for next residents which is probably why they were broken for us , as no one dare tell owners as damages must be paid for .
