The Merton Suites really could not have been bettered. Everything was spotlessly clean; the Durrell Suite was incredibly well-equipped and serviced by very friendly, helpful staff. We asked for a baby cot (an oversight on our part when booking the room) and it arrived within three minutes. Nothing was too much trouble.
The layout of the suite was fantastic and allowed us some privacy while our older son and baby used the bunk area. The huge balcony was a bonus.
Hotel facilities were great and the reception and breakfast staff couldn't do enough for us.
Our baby developed chickenpox during our stay and we had to extend. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in providing information about doctors and helping us to extend our booking. We were also touched to receive a phonecall checking in to make sure we had managed to access medical help.
I cannot recommend the Merton Suites and their wonderful staff more highly.
