Je suis votre mémoire / and you are mine… explores – through theatre, music and storytelling – the ability of the brain to store and recall past sensations, thoughts and knowledge. It interrogates the physiology and cognitive neuroscience of the human condition and how we remember and re-imagine the past, the present and the future. By exploring individual and collective memory, we gain a glimpse into the imaginative and creative powers of story and theatre. This new creation-in-the-making has been developed by Bertrand Larmet and Véronique Martinez of ARTcomedia, together with Jersey Arts Centre’s Director, Daniel Austin.
